Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

1. Shipping Policy
– We ship across India and select international locations.
– Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
– Delivery: 3–7 business days in India; longer for international orders.
– Charges are shown at checkout.
– Tracking link provided after shipping.

2. Returns Policy
We only accept returns if:
– Product is damaged in transit
– Wrong product received
– Product is defective

Conditions:
– Return request within 48 hours of delivery
– Product unused, sealed, in original packaging
– Proof of purchase & unboxing video may be required

3. Refunds Policy
– Refund processed within 7–10 business days after approval
– Shipping charges non-refundable unless error from our side
– COD refunds via bank transfer

4. Cancellations
– Within 12 hours of placing order if not shipped

5. Damaged / Wrong Product
Email us within 48 hours with images and order details
